At DC Spinal Wellness & Sports Rehabilitation, we will help alleviate your pain and return you to your normal activities.  Dr. Daniel Coffey is trained to diagnose and treat auto injuries to get you out of pain.  The seriousness of the physical effects of an accident is not always known or felt right away.  Even 'minor incidents' can lead to severe injuries, so it is important to receive a chiropractic exam immediately following your accident, even if injury symptoms are not present.

  • Adjuster's name and claim number for the case

  • Photo ID

  • filled out paperwork 

  • Records for any hospital or additional doctors' visits as a result of the accident

  • Police report, if available

  • Lawyer contact information, if available
